          The serving size for each food labels is sometimes the amount I don’t normally eat. It could sometimes more or less than that. The difference in serving size does not help with nutrition. It depends on how much it nutrition values have on each of the food labels. For special K it 45% Iron, vitamin a 15%, and 35% of vitamin c. As for the other two they less nutrition than the special K. For those that have more nutrition it doesn’t really matter how much you eat of it. But, for the others you can tell how less nutrition they have because the results will show.     
          Between all the three foods the cereal has the most nutrition. All though the popcorn is the second choice, not really all the labels claim for nutrition value except the special K. For the claim it says “Drop jean size in 2 weeks.” This give you the statement that you can be healthy be eating this. For the popcorn and pizza rolls it can be missing leading. The popcorn and pizza does not say anything about nutrition value in the claims. It more talks about how delicious it is than talking about how healthy it is. My calculations did support the special K’s claims. I would say the main ingredients that support the claim is the vitamins and minerals. The vitamin that is the most of the cereal is the iron. The reason for the order is to see which vitamin or mineral you need the most.


Out of all the three foods the special K cereal is the healthiest. That is because of the most minerals and vitamins it has. The one that is the second healthy choice is the popcorn; it has fewer calories then the Totino’s pizza rolls. The popcorn and the pizza have barely any nutritional value. As for the serving size it doesn’t really matter if you have less, the same, or more than for the cereal. Whenever it has a high nutritional value you may be able to not have the exact serving size. But, for those that are low having more that the serving size intended could be very unhealthy.
