Austin's Food Chart

In my table I chose three foods Goldfish, Spaghetti and meatballs Chef Boyarde, and Kraft macaroni and cheese. The goldfish consisted of 140 calories, 5g of fat,1.5g of saturated fat, sodium is 125mg, total carbohydrates were 23g, dietary fiber was 1g, and protein was 2g. Next is Spaghetti and Meatballs its total calories are 280, total fat 2g, saturated fat 1g, chlosterol is 25g, sodium is 1050mg, carbohydrates 34g, dietary fiber 3g, and protein is 11g. Finally for macaroni and cheese, total calories are 390, total fat is 2g, saturated fat is 1g, cholesterol is less than 5g, sodium is 500mg, total carbohydrates are 50g, dietary fiber is 2g, finally protein is 8g. Judging from the chart from the three choices of foods the unhealthiest is the spaghetti and meatballs because its percentage is 35% in fat. Also for the healthiest it is the macaroni and cheese with a percentage of 4% in fat.

To me the serving sizes for all three foods sound realistic. What's stated about the serving size is true to me sounds like its the normal amount you eat. Yes because it can determine differently for all three how much you eat the amount of nutrition in grams determines the effects. Also the amount you eat you gain from as in energy for the body itself. Yes all the claims on the labels are referring to the nutritional facts . It is supported the total fat percentage determines the percentage of fat in foods. The predominant ingredient is fat because with fat adds weight. The effects are like fats and ingredients that make up the foods. The data for all three foods for goldfish as I said before is 32%, spaghetti and meatballs is 35% and for macaroni and cheese its 4%. This is my Blog Analysis.
