The serving sizes listed are realistic but I usually don't eat the serving size. The serving sizes were alike except for the vegetable chips and the serving sizes affects the nutritional content because the less servings they give you than the "healthier" it is. The food that is the unhealthiest was the vegetable chips. The healthiest was the kettle chips.
