How Hard Does LeBron James Really Dunk?

Everybody who knows basketball today, knows who LeBron James is.  It's very questionable who the best player in the NBA really is.  James stands at 6 feet 8 inches and weights about 250 lbs.  He went to St. Vincent-St. Mary HS in Ohio and got drafter right into the NBA.  His wing span is 7 feet 5 inches and has a 5% body fat.  This man is a superhuman made to play basketball.  Who is the best dunker in the NBA?  It may be lebron and I'm going to tell you why.  He could break your arm with one of his dunks.
LeBron dunk starts with his left leg pushing into the ground and creating enough force to carry a 250 lb athlete 43 inches in the air.  He exerts over 700 lbs of force into the ground on his lift off.  When his arm is rising up horizontally for the one hand dunk, and throws it down the speed of his arm is faster than a helicopter.  LeBron wingspan is longer than a normal 6 foot 8 inch male.  His hands are 20 % larger than the average male and he could palm a basketball since he was 10 in his elementary days.  He travels at 54 mph in the air and it would be almost a danger to get in front of him.  If you calculated his vertical arm coming down for the dunk it would be harder than Mike Tyson's punch in his prime.  LeBron's dunks might be a life or death for a normal human being to try to block.  LeBron dunks better than Kobe or anybody else in the NBA !!!!
