The serving sizes listed on the food lables are realistic except for the Kashi. I say this because nobody is really going to count out exactly 28 pieces of cereal and it's not even a bowl full of cereal. Also nobody is going to really get full with only 28 pieces of cereal and milk in a bowl. The stated serving sizes is what i normally eat except for the Kashi cereal. I eat more then the serving size for the Kashi. The serving sizes are all the same except for the Kashi because its in a smaller amount than the Cheerios and Cornflakes. Since the Kashi shows a smaller serving amount it will make people think that it's healthier so more people will buy it instead of the other cereal. The only claims that I read was forn the Cornflakes which said fat free. I did not see any claim that was misleading. My calculations supported the claim for the cornflakes. The order of the product does not have any effect on the products nutritional
content. The cereal that is the healthiest is the cheerios because it has more nutrients than the cornflakes and the kashi cereal. The cereal that is the unhealthiest is the Kashi Cinnamon Harvest because it has less nutrients and more calories than the other two cereals.
